Platform / Integrations
Connects to the systems your workflow already runs on.
Integrations are configured per engagement against the tools you use today. This page describes the categories the platform is designed to connect to — the specific catalogue is confirmed during design.
Categories
Where an agent needs to reach.
Record systems
{{TBD}} — the systems of record a workflow reads from and writes to, such as ERP, CRM, or ticketing platforms.
Communication
{{TBD}} — email, chat, and messaging tools used for notifications, drafts, or hand-offs.
Data & storage
{{TBD}} — data warehouses, document stores, and file systems a workflow needs visibility into.
Identity & access
{{TBD}} — the identity provider and access controls used to scope what a connection can reach.
Connection model
Scoped credentials, not standing access.
Connections use credentials scoped to what a specific agent needs — read access to a record system, for example, without broader access to the account that holds it.
Where an integration isn't available yet, a workflow step can be handed to a person as an explicit manual checkpoint rather than left unspecified.
Confirm what your workflow needs to connect to.
Bring your system list and we'll map what's ready today and what needs a manual step for now.
